Protein Cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup allo protein
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
Gradually mix in the allo protein, followed by the dry ingredients, until the cookie dough comes together.
Use a tablespoon or cookie scoop to scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
